Elly Fleegal was born and raised in Texas and is a native Austinite. She was first drawn to soap making due to eczema that she had on her face and arms. Nothing recommended to her seemed to help. Being that she was already interested in natural remedies from herbs she tried her hand at soap making soon found her skin issues clearing up. When asked what she was adding to her soap to be so gentle on the skin, she always stated “it’s what I don’t add that makes the difference.”lol
