Copper

Gary’s art has been collected since 1972. His interest began at an early age of 5 watching his grandfather, a blacksmith in Elroy, Tx and great-grandfather a cabinet maker who made fine furniture in the Texas State Capital. He creates succulent plants of the Southwest, and begins with sheet copper, cut, anil and braise into cactus and yucca lamps and sculptures.
