As the daughter of a prolific artist, enrolling in art school was an easy decision. Earning a degree in Studio Art, I studied textile design and gold smithing. Love of textiles set me on a journey of creating ballet costumes, church paraments, and eventually jewelry design and construction. Handmade techniques; pure organic form and asymmetrical kinetic pieces bring me joy and accomplishment not easily found elsewhere. By using historical techniques, and my creative vision, the person who wears my designs will come to revere the concept of treasure regardless of the metal; titanium, niobium, silver, brass or copper. Jewelry is a messenger!
