Sculpture

The opportunity to create artwork, in various mediums, has provided a path to visually express my love of the Lone Star State with a fresh approach. Imagery may include people, places, events, or the history of Texas. My current focus is etched copper. The warmth of the metal color, its ability to be etched, sawed, pierced, and its acceptance of patinas enhances the work. This approach combines my training and experience in painting, graphic design, and metalsmithing.
